Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.
Driving license: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the property industry with full training and support provided.
- Registering applicants and understanding their rental property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Assisting with property listings, including taking photographs and writing property descriptions
- Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process
- Matching applicants to suitable rental properties and arranging viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and landlords, providing updates and feedback
- Supporting the tenancy progression process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Assisting with tenancy administration and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately
- Updating and maintaining the CRM/database
- Always deliver excellent customer service
- Working towards individual and branch targets
- Building strong relationships with applicants, tenants and landlords
Skills required:
- A genuine interest in property and a desire to develop a career in lettings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, professional and confident
- Target-driven and highly motivated
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ambitious, resilient and eager to learn
