We are looking for a driven, commercially astute and well-connected Head of Construction to join CHANCE Recruitment to lead this expansion. This is your opportunity to build something meaningful and continue your growth into the construction and civils market.
We are seeking someone who can:
- Open doors across the Construction and Civils sector
- Leverage existing client relationships and develop new ones
- Secure retained and contingency business
- Build and lead a high-performing delivery team
- Create a scalable division within CHANCE
You will have the autonomy, backing and platform to develop the construction division.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of generating revenue in Construction or Civils recruitment
- Strong client network (main contractors, subcontractors and civils specialists)
- Experience building or managing a recruitment team
- Commercial mindset with strategic vision
