We are seeking a support worker to join our team. The post would ideally suit someone who has experience working with young adults with additional needs and physical disabilities. The client is a young man who has Cerebral Palsy and Autism and he enjoys going out into the community to do meaningful activities and visiting places of interest in the local area.

We are looking for someone who has the confidence to work autonomously with the client in the community and in their home, and who has a positive outlook to support and encourage life skills, social interaction, and activities of daily living.
