The Role

As Wellbeing & Fitness Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the fitness operation, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong team performance, and an outstanding guest and member experience. You will manage a vibrant programme of 80+ weekly classes, oversee personal training delivery, and ensure your team operates to the highest professional and safety standards.

    • Ensuring exceptional service standards across all fitness and wellbeing touchpoints
    • Delivering and managing personal training sessions and fitness programmes
    • Actively engaging with members to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Fitness Delivery
    • Managing and teaching a varied class programme including: Aqua
  • Compliance & Standards
    • Maintaining strict adherence to health & safety and operational procedures
    • Ensuring all systems, processes, and compliance requirements are met

  • Experienced in managing fitness or wellbeing operations
