Salary: £14,480 OTE

Responsibilities

  • Provide a first‑class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
  • Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.
  • Provide ultimate client care to all our guests, maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if you need additional support or training.
  • Provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events, recommend suitable home‑care advice.
  • Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to and keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
  • Follow Champneys protocols and training programs, attend required training courses for your therapist grade.
  • Be responsible for your working areas, ensure equipment is fully operational and clean, report any defects to maintenance; adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the day\'s scheduled treatments, any changes or additions; flexibility and cooperation are required, may include shift changes.

Qualifications

We require candidates to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience essential.

Shift Times

  • Monday to Sunday 1000‑1900
  • Monday to Sunday 1100‑2000
  • Weekends worked alternatively.
