Spa Trainer

Location: Travel across Champneys Resorts

Hours: Full-time | Split role (50% training, 50% treatments)

Join Champneys — the UK’s original health spa — in a unique dual role where you’ll both train our therapists and deliver expert treatments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our spas while supporting team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver in-house training on treatments and protocols
  • Perform a range of luxury spa treatments to brand standards
  • Support therapist development through coaching and feedback
  • Help introduce new treatments and maintain consistency across sites
  • Travel between resorts (with overnight stays when needed)

What You’ll Need

  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Beauty Therapy
  • Experience delivering spa or beauty training
  • Strong treatment knowledge and guest care skills
  • Confident communicator and positive team player
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required
