Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to provide a great customer service experience to our guests. You will assist our guests with any questions or queries they have in order to aid and drive revenue.

  • You will work within a strong and supportive team to deliver the highest level of customer service to our guests.
  • You will have a flair for customer service; our retail assistants play a key role within the Champneys Boutique and Retail outlets, selling products and assisting guests finding their perfect products
  • You will ensure the shop floor and till areas are well presented at all times and ensure your product and stock knowledge is kept up to date.
  • You will also ensure all incoming deliveries are checked and stored correctly and ensuring our shelves are fully stocked.
