Salary: £33,000 plus gratuities - OTE £37,000
Working within the Maintenance department you will work in close partnership with the Maintenance Manager and General Manager. The maintenance function is integral to our guest satisfaction and a function that maintains our stunning property.
Some responsibilities include:
- Carrying out all types of plumbing work, including reactive plumbing, installing cylinders, cold water storage tanks, and general maintenance.
- Using your previous experience and skill set to diagnose all engineering faults and providing a practical solution.
- Supporting with all types of engineering faults.
- Adhering to all H&S guidelines.
- Maintaining the Pool Plant area.
- Supporting the maintenance team with general maintenance such as: Painting and decorating, Carpentry, Tiling and repair.
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in plumbing, this includes an apprenticeship. Gas safe certification is desirable.
