Champneys is seeking a Payroll & Systems Manager to deliver end-to-end payroll across multiple sites in a part-time capacity.
You will own day-to-day payroll processing, ensure HMRC compliance, and supervise one direct report while partnering with managers on payroll data and queries.
You'll lead the optimisation of Dayforce, integrating payroll with people data and operations, driving accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence across the business.
