The Role Objective
The Front of House department is crucial as it typically forms the first impression guests receive upon arrival. It is essential that the reception desk operates smoothly and efficiently. As a front of house night porter, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring the highest levels of safety are maintained.
Some Responsibilities Include
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within your area of work.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout the nighttime hours.
- Conduct regular walk-arounds within the property and ensure all required areas are signed off as safe, as required and stipulated on check forms.
