Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing tables to maximise revenue.
  • Provide consistent levels of excellent service, being courteous, professional, and passionate about the role.
  • Have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and daily offerings.
  • Serve food and drinks both through table service and over the counter.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage stock effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Café and follow allergen guidelines.
  • Ensure payments are accurately posted on guest accounts.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the café.
