Role and Responsibilities
- Support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing tables to maximise revenue.
- Provide consistent levels of excellent service, being courteous, professional, and passionate about the role.
- Have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients, and daily offerings.
- Serve food and drinks both through table service and over the counter.
- Monitor stock levels and manage stock effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness in the Café and follow allergen guidelines.
- Ensure payments are accurately posted on guest accounts.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the café.
