As a Senior Spa Therapist you will be passionate and friendly, delivering first‑class service with the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages and nail treatments.
We offer state‑of‑the‑art facilities within all of our resorts and hotels, boasting modern and stylish spas.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carry out all spa treatments to required standards, ensuring specific treatment times are adhered to.
Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes, offering the best service to our guests.
Have thorough knowledge of the Club & Spa and Hotel facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
Be responsible for your working areas, ensuring equipment is fully operational and clean; report defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty.
Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
Attend appropriate training courses required for your therapist grade.
Liaise positively with managers and receptionists on scheduled treatments; flexibly accommodate changes or shift changes.
Keep up to date with product range developments and new treatments.
Provide professional advice to guests via talks, demonstrations, spa tours and promotional events.
Deliver ultimate client care, giving guests an unforgettable treatment experience.
Maximise revenue opportunities in accordance to targets and seek assistance if additional support or training is needed.
Recommend suitable home‑care for guests to continue results at home.
Mentor junior therapists, sharing knowledge and experience.
Provide premium guests with skin consultation appointments and full home‑care prescriptions.
Shift Times
Monday to Sunday. Patterns include shifts of:
10:00 – 19:00
11:00 – 20:00
Weekends are worked alternatively.

Qualifications and Experience
L3 qualified in Beauty Therapy.
Preferably trained with Clarins or Elemis.
Attention to detail and a passion to offer unforgettable service to guests.
Previous experience working for a luxury brand for 2+ years.
Friendly, approachable and professional.
