The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 13.5 £ per hour.

In this role you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, you will be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • Complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.
  • Stock inventory, you will need to help keep track of the bar’s supplies and ensure that everything remains satisfactorily stocked.
  • Have an excellent knowledge of all beverages that are available.
  • Be fully confident and competent in how to make a large selection and variety of drinks.
  • Support other F&B outlets when required.
  • Prepare all mise-en-place required for service to ensure a smooth and efficient bar service.
  • Assist with service for meetings, events, afternoon teas and weddings that are held at the resorts.
  • To gain working knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices.
