Some duties and responsibilities
- To provide full comprehensive training to the Spa department. Ahead of all training delivery a training needs analysis should be presented. Follow up and learnings should be captured post training.
- To research, identify, develop and deliver training for new treatments to establish Champneys as a brand leader.
- To work with the Group Spa Manager[s] to ensure they have the support they need to develop the business from a training and development perspective.
- To ensure the Induction is fit for purpose and updated when required. This should be engaging, meaningful, up to date and executed as per the agreed standards.
- To work with your counterpart and cover training across all hotels and resorts as and when required.
- To provide reports as and when required.
- To attend regular training meetings.
- To work as a team sharing knowledge when needed, helping colleagues and promoting good staff morale, respect and support.
