Group Role
This role is integral to the development and progression of our therapists who promote our Brand. The Spa operation is the very essence of our brand and as such the role is a key part of our operation. We work in times of constant evolution and development; it is therefore an essential requirement that you remain knowledgeable in your specialist area and use this knowledge to support your team and ensure that the highest standards are met.
Responsibilities
- To provide full comprehensive training to the Spa department. Ahead of all training delivery a training needs analysis should be presented. Follow up and learnings should be captured post training.
- To research, identify, develop and deliver training for new treatments to establish Champneys as a brand leader.
- To work with the Group Spa Manager(s) to ensure they have the support they need to develop the business from a training and development perspective.
- To ensure the Induction is fit for purpose and updated when required. This should be engaging, meaningful, up to date and executed as per the agreed standards.
- To work with your counterpart and cover training across all hotels and resorts as and when required.
- To provide reports as and when required.
- To attend regular training meetings.
- To work as a team sharing knowledge when needed, helping colleagues and promoting good staff morale, respect and support.
