Responsibilities
- Overall management and running of the kitchen, creating a vision of inspiration and engagement whilst ensuring the team stay motivated and all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Supporting in the development of and design of the menu taking into account the nutritional requirement of the Champneys Healthy Eating Policy.
- Be fully conversant with all financial aspects of the role ensuring profitability, payroll and food controls whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining a team that succeeds and achieves. Using your experience you will promote training, development and grass root recruitment.
- Communicate and educate all F&B colleagues in how your vision is achieved.
- Responsible for the hygiene standards of the kitchen.
- Engagement with all areas within the property ensuring they are aware of the vision and expectation of your area of work.
