As Chief Engineer, you will have overall responsibility for the engineering, maintenance, and statutory compliance of two Champneys hotel properties. You will ensure that all buildings, plant, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, presentation, and guest comfort, while operating in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
This hands-on leadership role manages contractors, projects, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards, while leading and developing maintenance teams across both sites. The role also includes responsibility for budgeting, record-keeping, and ensuring all maintenance operations meet legal, safety, and brand standards.
