We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Senior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless client experience, and supporting the spa team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming environment
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using salon booking software
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, prices, and availability
- Process payments and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Upsell salon products and services where appropriate
- Coordinate client flow with stylists and service providers
- Handle client feedback professionally and upscale issues to the manager if needed
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and filing
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (salon/spa experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
