We're looking for an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team and help deliver outstanding service in our hotel bars and lounges.

Whether you're crafting the perfect cocktail, recommending a premium wine, or serving a guest their favourite drink after a day at the spa, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments while driving beverage sales and promoting our renowned hospitality.

The Role

As a Bartender, you will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Working as part of our vibrant Food & Beverage team, you will prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards, assist with restaurant and lounge service when required, and actively contribute to the success of the department.

You’ll be knowledgeable about our drink’s menus, food offerings and wellness-focused approach, allowing you to confidently engage with guests, make recommendations and enhance their overall experience.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
  • Crafting cocktails, mocktails and speciality drinks with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
  • Taking beverage and food orders efficiently whilst providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area at all times.
  • Preparing garnishes, glassware and all bar mise-en-place ahead of service.
  • Assisting with restaurant, lounge, terrace and room service operations as required.
  • Supporting the delivery of conferences, events, weddings and special functions.
  • Promoting beverage specials, seasonal drinks and other revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Monitoring stock levels and notifying management when replenishment is required.
  • Ensuring all sales and room charges are processed accurately.
  • Handling guest comments and concerns professionally, escalating where appropriate.
  • Participating in daily team briefings and training sessions.
  • Working closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Front Office departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Ensuring allergen information is available and accurately communicated where required.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout service areas.
