As the Assistant Spa Manager, you will support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and meeting sales targets. Guest satisfaction is our priority; you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and that extra care is taken at all times.
You will assist in training your team to the highest standards, help guests with their needs throughout their stay, and ensure they leave wanting more. You will maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness and support your team in achieving retail and treatment sales targets.
Requirements for this role include previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist, experience in managing people, and holding an NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent.
