We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to support the Spa Manager in the smooth running of the treatment department and to lead our teams in delivering high quality service.
Responsibilities
- Support the Spa Manager in ensuring smooth operation of the treatment department.
- Provide professional management to staff in training, standards and sales targets.
- Keep guest schedules suitable and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training staff to the highest standards and support them in meeting retail and treatment sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.
- Experience in managing people.
- NVQ 2 and 3 or equivalent.
