As a Section Waiter, you will be passionate about delivering a great dining service to our guests. You will inspire your colleagues with your ability to positively impact a guest experience as a result of your dedication and passion to create a memorable customer experience. In this role, you will provide consistent levels of excellent service, being courteous, professional, and having a passion for what we do.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead a section in one of our restaurants, taking care of a guest’s dining experience from the moment they are seated to the moment you bid them farewell.
- Provide a memorable guest experience regardless of the time of day or meal period being served.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the preparation and content of all dishes on the restaurant menu and be able to advise guests when they are ordering, taking care to note special requests.
- Collaborate with your colleagues and line manager to ensure total revenue capture and maximising the opportunity for upselling and experience enhancement.
