Champneys Tring is seeking a Spa Receptionist for a part-time position, offering up to £12.71 per hour plus gratuities, with 24 hours of work per week.

The spa operation is the essence of our brand, and the welcoming and knowledge shared with our guests and members is of great importance. When guests arrive at our Spa, they are welcomed with impressive facilities and can be assured that their Champneys experience will be exceptional.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm welcome and ensuring the courteous and efficient process of checking-in, including offering a tour where appropriate and explaining the welcome pack/itinerary.
  • Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of resort suite and being able to support with treatment bookings, PT sessions, and completing itineraries.
  • Conducting facility show rounds where required to potential new members.
