As a Spa Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide a first-class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
- Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.
We require candidates to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience is essential.

Some duties and responsibilities include:
- To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets.
- To provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events.
- To carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- To follow Champneys protocols and training programs ensuring you are offering the best service to our guests.
- To be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the day’s scheduled treatments.
Shift times are: Monday to Sunday 1000 - 1900, 1100 - 2000. Weekends are worked alternatively.
