Some duties and responsibilities include:
- Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilisation in the spa.
- Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget.
- Ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
- Ensure guest satisfaction is at the forefront of what we do, ensuring guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken when planning a guest's stay.
- Ensure your team are trained to the highest standard and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay with us.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments within the spa and oversee training matrixes.
We require you to be qualified in the following:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Spa Management qualification desirable but not essential.
- Good overall standard of education.
