As a Spa Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Provide a first-class service and deliver the highest standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages and nail treatments.
- Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.

We require candidates to hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience essential.

Some duties and responsibilities include:
- To provide ultimate client care to all of our guests, and give them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience, maximising revenue opportunities in accordance with your targets and seek assistance if you need additional support or training.
- To provide professional advice to guests via talks and demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events to promote available treatments, recommending suitable homecare advice for our guests to be able to continue their results at home.
- To carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to, ensuring you keep up to date with developments relating to the product ranges and any new treatments.
- To follow Champneys protocols and training programs ensuring you are offering the best service to our guest and to attend training courses required for your therapist grade to be able to offer all treatment a spa therapist should be offering.
- To be responsible for your working areas and ensure that equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects to maintenance via the Manager on duty at any time of the day, adhering to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the day's scheduled treatments, any changes, additions, etc to meet the ever-changing needs of our guests. Flexibility and cooperation are required. This may also include shift changes.
Shift times are:
- Monday to Sunday
- 1000 - 1900
- 1100 - 2000
- Weekends are worked alternatively.
