The Maintenance Painter & Decorator is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager with the internal and external maintenance of all buildings on the estate in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner ensuring a high standard of appearance and smooth running for the enjoyment and comfort of Champneys' guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining the exterior and interior fabric of all buildings on the estate mainly decoration, to a high standard.
- Assist with a programme of planned maintenance and ensure this is undertaken with minimum disruption to guests and facilities.
- Assist with all general repairs with minimum disruption to guest services.
