- Ensure that golfers adhere to their allocated tee time and maintain pace of play on the golf course.
- Remove golfers from the course if slow play continues and course rules are broken.
- Inform guests of course rules, check they are dressed appropriately and are showing a guest bag tag.
- Maintain the presentation of the buggy fleet. Any buggies that have any defects must be reported to the Head of Golf Operations and placed out of action.
- Ensure that trolleys are in clean working order.
