As C&E Supervisor you will be a support to both the management team to lead a team to deliver memorable conferences, exceptional meetings, and the most amazing parties. You will act as a go-to contact for the team and will always offer guidance and ensure that conference organisers you are liaising with receive exceptional service and their requirements are met - always.
Responsibilities
- First impressions count, ensure that all areas of the department are show round ready and create a wow moment.
- Support other F&B outlets when there are no conferences or events taking place.
- Attend the weekly function sheet meeting where required, prepared and armed with information that will ensure your events are delivered to perfection.
- Hold motivating team briefings, assign responsibilities ensuring that the team is fully briefed and are set up for success.
- Conduct regular training sessions and ensure that the team live and breathe the Champneys standards.
- Develop and empower your team to manage guest recovery situations promptly and gracefully.
