As a Night Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel safe, supported and well looked after throughout the night, while helping prepare the resort for a seamless start to the day ahead. Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional service to guests throughout the night
- Supporting guest check‑ins, check‑outs and enquiries
- Conducting regular security and safety patrols around the property
- Ensuring guest‑facing areas are clean, tidy and presentable
- Handling phone calls, wake‑up calls and taxi bookings
- Supporting luggage movements and guest requests as needed
- Carrying out night audit tasks and basic administrative duties
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate cash handling
- Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth handovers
- Reporting any maintenance, safety or security issues promptly
- Ensuring fire exits and public areas are clear and compliant
- Preparing the property for the morning team
Qualifications
