Kitchen Assistant in Henlow

• Assisting with the preparation and presentation of food within our staff dining facilities.




• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout all kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas.




• Washing and preparing kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery for service.




• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team with day-to-day operational requirements.




• Receiving, storing and rotating deliveries in line with food safety procedures.




• Following cleaning schedules and maintaining accurate records.




• Ensuring all working areas remain safe, organised and compliant with food hygiene requirements.




• Assisting with stock takes and inventory control when required.




• Supporting the kitchen team during events, functions and peak trading periods.




• Communicating effectively with colleagues across the resort to ensure seamless operations. Enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment.




• Takes pride in delivering high standards.




• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.




• Is organised, reliable and proactive.
