Responsibilities
- Support the Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the treatment department.
- Provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and meeting sales targets.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by managing guest schedules and providing extra care at all times.
- Assist in ensuring the team are trained to the highest standards and are available to assist guests throughout their stay.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Support your team in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.
- Experience in managing people.
- Hold an NVQ 2 and 3 or equivalent.
