Job Description:

Champneys Head Office is seeking a Wedding and Special Events Co-ordinator based at Mottram Hall. Are you a driven and friendly individual with a passion for weddings, private events, and special occasions? Do you excel at delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences?

You will be the primary contact for all wedding and event inquiries, providing personalized responses, preparing proposals, contracts, and related paperwork in line with brand standards. You will handle administrative tasks such as stationeries, table plans, and menus, and ensure smooth handovers to operational teams. Attendance at weddings and events may be required.

Previous experience in a hotel or events role is essential, along with a proven ability to meet targets and convert inquiries into sales through excellent listening and questioning skills. Some evening and weekend work will be necessary due to the role\’s nature.
