Contract: Full Time Salary: £29,000 per annum

The Purchasing Assistance will be joining a successful and challenging business where the ideal candidate will possess commercial and interpersonal skills combined with solid procurement experience.
A Purchasing Assistant is needed to support the function of the Group Purchasing Director
Some responsibilities include:
- Administration of purchasing systems
- Administration of suppliers due diligence information on purchasing database
- Ordering and replenishing stock levels of stock held in central warehouse
- Raising central and forward purchase orders of approved suppliers
- Close interaction with all stake holders across the business.
Knowledge and undertstanding:
- Educated to degree level
- 2 years experience in procurement preferably Hospitality
- IT literate
- Adaptable and has the ability to work well with change
