This role supports the smooth and efficient running of the department and manages the administration related to colleagues. Champion the Champneys culture, ensuring all colleagues are aware of the brand principles. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the employee lifecycle aligns with core values. Support the Aspirational Managers programme, including recruitment and coordination. Handle administration for new starters, transfers, promotions, leavers, and probations. Manage new starter documentation, compliance, and communication with candidates. Complete reference checks and upload documents to HR and Payroll systems. Maintain personal files in line with GDPR regulations.
