Maximise revenues through effective booking and room utilisation in the spa. Deliver weekly revenue and payroll actuals vs forecast and budget. You will ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets. With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken when planning a guests stay. You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their stay with us and ensure they leave wanting more! To have a thorough working knowledge of all products and treatments within the spa and oversee training matrixes.
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Spa Management qualification desirable but not essential. Good overall standard of education.
