Responsibilities:
- Provide a first‑class service and deliver a high standard of a range of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
- Maximise treatment and retail sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.
- Provide ultimate client care and a memorable treatment experience, maximising revenue opportunities according to targets.
- Offer professional advice to guests through talks, demonstrations, spa tours, and promotional events, and recommend suitable home‑care advice.
- Carry out all spa treatments to required standards and adhere to specified treatment times, staying up‑to‑date with product ranges and new treatments.
- Follow Champneys protocols and training programmes, attending required training for your therapist grade.
- Maintain your working area and equipment, ensuring they are operational and clean; report defects promptly to maintenance or the manager on duty.
- Communicate constructively with the manager and receptionists regarding scheduled treatments, changes, or additions to meet guest needs; flexibility and cooperation are required, including shift changes where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
- Essential massage experience.
Shift Times:
Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00. Weekends are worked alternatively.
