Your role will include:
- Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to exceptional Champneys standards, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and comfort.
- Preparing rooms so they feel calm, inviting and ready for guests to relax from the moment they arrive.
- Maintaining tidy corridors and working areas, ensuring guest privacy and discretion at all times.
- Keeping housekeeping trolleys and stock rooms well organised and fully stocked.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or stock shortages promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Working respectfully and quietly within guest accommodation, recognising that guests are here to rest and unwind.
- Responding politely and professionally to guest requests in line with company procedures.
- Supporting wider housekeeping and laundry duties when required.
- Attending team meetings and training, with a willingness to continually improve standards and skills.
Health, safety and professionalism:
