We are looking for a Modern Apprenticeship - Supply Chain located in Aberdeen. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

What You Will Do:
- Customer Services Phases: Sales order processing in SAP; Managing customer orders through their lifecycle from entry to billing; Handling customer queries, returns, and invoice disputes; Participating in daily meetings and safety initiatives.
- Transport Coordination Module: Supporting freight cost management and SAP freight tables; Coordinating with logistics providers and resolving invoice discrepancies; Gaining awareness of Dangerous Goods transport regulations.
- 3rd Party Coordination Phase: Managing purchase orders and supplier coordination; Tracking tanks/containers and planning deliveries; Assisting with KPI reporting and process improvement projects.
- Export, Import & Customs Phase: Supporting international logistics and customs compliance; Preparing shipping documentation and ensuring audit readiness; Learning regulatory frameworks (EMCS, HMRC, DG basics).
- General Responsibilities: Participating in onboarding, safety, and quality training; Attending monthly and quarterly progress reviews; Completing a final project on O2C process and presenting to leadership.
Physical Demands: This role requires working in a chemical manufacturing plant.
