The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 € per year.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance, installation, and project activities in line with production and business requirements.

Ensure all work complies with company global standards, site policies, and applicable UK legislation.

Work collaboratively with the Process Engineer to plan and deliver maintenance, inspections, installations, and projects, ensuring appropriate engineering input and documentation.

Act as Permit to Work Issuer (Level 2), ensuring all contractors and activities comply with site safety rules and the Integrated Management System.

Oversee and coordinate third-party contractors undertaking maintenance, installation, or project work, ensuring safe systems of work, adherence to risk assessments, and completion of permits.

Maintain and continuously improve the CMMS, including asset registers, maintenance schedules, and work order tracking.

Carry out minor maintenance, inspection, or troubleshooting activities as needed to support safe and reliable operations.

Coordinate statutory and safety-critical inspections such as lifting equipment, forklifts, pressure systems, bulk tanks, and LEV.

Support Management of Change processes, ensuring engineering modifications and installations are properly assessed, approved, and documented in collaboration with the Process Engineer.

Participate in HAZOP, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and Pre-Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) processes as a maintenance and installation representative.

Work closely with the wider plant team, including Site Management, Operations, SH&E, and the Operations Planning team, to plan and execute maintenance, installation, and project activities with minimal impact on production and site operations.

Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, asset care, and contractor performance.

Manage maintenance and project budgets, purchase orders, and service contracts as required.

Maintain accurate maintenance and project documentation, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.

Assist in customer, internal, and regulatory audits that involve maintenance, installation, or contractor activities.

Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Support capital and improvement projects, providing maintenance and execution support during design, installation, and commissioning.

Raise, manage, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance, spares, services, and project-related activities in line with company procurement policies and budgetary controls.

Ensure all maintenance and project-related costs are correctly captured, including labour, materials, and contractor charges.

Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to resolve purchase order, invoice, and goods receipt issues in a timely manner.

Understanding of relevant Procedures and Work Instructions.

Working knowledge of SAP, with experience in purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
