What You Will Do:

• Customer Services Phases: Sales order processing in SAP, managing customer orders through their lifecycle from entry to billing, handling customer queries, returns, and invoice disputes, participating in daily meetings and safety initiatives.
• Transport Coordination Module: Supporting freight cost management and SAP freight tables, coordinating with logistics providers and resolving invoice discrepancies, gaining awareness of Dangerous Goods transport regulations.
• 3rd Party Coordination Phase: Managing purchase orders and supplier coordination, tracking tanks/containers and planning deliveries, assisting with KPI reporting and process improvement projects.
• Export, Import & Customs Phase: Supporting international logistics and customs compliance, preparing shipping documentation and ensuring audit readiness, learning regulatory frameworks (EMCS, HMRC, DG basics).

General Responsibilities:

• Participating in onboarding, safety, and quality training.
• Attending monthly and quarterly progress reviews.
• Complete a final project on O2C process and present to leadership.

Physical Demands:

This role requires working in a chemical manufacturing plant.
