We are looking for a proactive and organised Internal Sales / Customer Service Rep to join our team in Aberdeen. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day sales, order processing, and operational activities within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating with the plants, logistics and sales to ensure orders are processed efficiently. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Work closely with Supply Chain/Planners/Sales Team
  • Manage Customer Orders through its lifecycle from input to invoicing
  • Customer Returns / Credits / Debits
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries
  • Coordination of customer owned stock tanks
  • Attend daily meetings with manufacturing plants, cascading any order issues to Sales and/or the customers
  • Providing any documents requested by the customer
  • Participation in the company HSE initiatives including attendance of the monthly safety meeting, raising safety observations, and managing a personal safety plan
  • Ensuring All Company Safety & Quality Procedures are followed
  • General Administrative Duties such as filing, maintaining Customer Summary Sheets
  • Any other duties as designated by Customer Services Supervisor

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, operations, logistics, or order processing preferred, however full training will be given
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in Excel, Word and other Office 365 software
  • Positive, team-focused attitude with willingness to assist others when required
  • ERP (SAP)
