You will support fund formation, structuring, negotiation and documentation for primary and secondary fund investments, both individual and portfolio positions. The role involves cross-border coordination with external counsel and internal stakeholders. The funds lawyer will assist on establishment of new Secondaries Funds and related accounts, and provide guidance across tax, regulatory and governance.
