We’re looking for a Social Media Lead who lives and breathes culture, content, and performance. This role is responsible for driving engaging, culturally relevant, and performance-driven social content across both organic and paid channels, ensuring consistency with Champion’s bold, effortless, and playful tone of voice.

You’ll sit at the intersection of creativity and data, owning content calendars, managing communities, working with agencies, and turning insights into scroll‑stopping content. The role could be based either in Carpi, Modena (Italy) or London (UK).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with internal marketing teams and external agencies to develop content that clicks — designed for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Own the social content calendar: plan, schedule, and publish content with precision and consistency.
  • Manage day‑to‑day posting and community management, engaging with audiences and keeping channels active and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the social media agency on media planning, creative development, and amplification strategies.
  • Track and analyze performance across organic and paid social, transforming data into insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Plan and manage organic and paid social media budgets, ensuring efficient reach, strong performance, and ROI.
  • Partner with regional and local marketing teams to align product launches, activations, and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage Public Relations activities in collaboration with external PR agencies and the corporate communications team, ensuring culturally relevant brand storytelling.
  • Work closely with HR and Corporate Communications to manage Champion’s presence on LinkedIn, supporting employer branding and internal storytelling across Europe.
SKILLS:
  • 3 years of experience in social media execution, ideally within sport, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
  • A true content junkie: you understand what works on TikTok vs Instagram vs Facebook and why.
  • Experience working with social agencies and creators, from briefing to review and optimization.
  • Highly organized and detail‑driven, with strong control over calendars, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Curious and analytical mindset, passionate about testing, learning, and continuous optimization.
  • Bold enough to experiment, effortless in execution, playful in style.
  • Fluent English (mother tongue or professional proficiency); Italian is a plus.
