The Senior Developer is a key leader within the team, leveraging their extensive experience to guide and mentor other members. They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for both internal and external clients. Possessing strong technical skills and expertise in software development, they play a crucial role in ensuring our success. Their extensive practical experience makes them an essential asset in delivering robust and scalable software solutions.

• Software Development: Develop software applications using appropriate technologies, adhering to best practices and industry standards, to meet business objectives.
• Task Management: Complete assigned tasks within agreed time frames, budgets, and quality standards, effectively managing priorities and deadlines.
• Confer and Collaborate: Lead team members and other developers to address system software problems, propose improvements, and make necessary modifications.

5+ years’ experience in software development, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices within a professional discipline.

More than 3 years’ practical experience with AWS cloud technologies.

Extensive expertise in creating software solutions using modern coding frameworks (C#), ensuring efficient and effective development processes.

Proficient in utilising a variety of quality management methods and tools, backed by extensive experience.

Extensive experience in evaluating, choosing, disseminating, and implementing software development approaches, standards, and best practices.

Experienced in guiding developer teams, providing mentorship, and enhancing the skills of fellow developers.
