Employment Type: Permanent full-time Responsibilities: Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including intake discussions, job brief calibration, job posting, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, hiring manager alignment, offer support, and seamless onboarding handoff. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through tailored sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple channels and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract qualified talent aligned with business needs. Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience through timely communication and consistent support throughout the hiring lifecycle. Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles, assess talent market dynamics, and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs. Partner with HR Operations, onboarding teams, and hiring managers to ensure a smooth handoff from accepted offer to onboarding. Ensure a consistent, documented, and compliant recruitment process that adheres to country-specific employment regulations, GDPR data protection requirements, and company policies throughout the hiring lifecycle. Maintains highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while fostering effective communication and collaboration with employees, managers, and senior leadership. Track and report on recruitment performance metrics and pipeline health, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes. Leverage recruitment data and insights to identify process bottlenecks, optimize sourcing channel effectiveness, anticipate hiring delivery risks, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring teams and the Manager, Talent Management.
