CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Director of Engineering & Platform to lead the technology, platform and engineering organization behind our Neo cloud-hosted SaaS platform. You will own the engineering strategy, cloud hosting across hybrid environments, and drive AI-enabled engineering practices.
You will lead a ~100-strong Cargo BU engineering team across multiple geographies, set standards, and partner with Product to embed AI capabilities into products.
