Join Our Creative & Innovative Digital Agency – Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented, detail-driven, and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our award-winning team at Chameleon Web Services.

If you have a strong passion for design, brand identity, and bringing visuals to life across both digital and print, this is your chance to be part of a highly respected agency that has been shaping the digital landscape since 2001.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for delivering creative concepts, visual assets, and polished designs across a diverse range of digital and offline projects.

You’ll work on branding, social media assets, website graphics, print materials, advertising materials, video graphics, and more.

You’ll collaborate closely with our social media team, developers, marketing strategists, and content creators to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.

Please note this job is office based and not a hybrid role.

Our team made a collective decision after COVID to return to working together in the office full-time.

Chameleon Web Services – Office Location

The Head Office is based at 202 Dudley Road, Halesowen, Birmingham, B63 3NR.

  • Create eye-catching designs for websites, social media, advertising, and print.
  • Develop brand identities, including logos, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, banners, and presentations.
  • Support content creation with visuals, reels/short-form graphics, and animations (bonus).
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and visual language.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Produce polished final artwork ready for print, web, or video.
  • Stay aware of design trends, platform requirements, and new techniques.
  • Manage your workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, or video tools (After Effects/Premiere) is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to take ideas from concept to final execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the confidence to contribute ideas.
