This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Production Manager based in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will manage all aspects of technical production for events, including quoting, pitching, pre-production, resource planning, on-site setup, operation and de-rig. You will be responsible for managing resources, managing clients, supervising teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and resolving any technical challenges that arise. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to develop and refine product offerings that enhance event delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in technical production, including knowledge of CAD, video, lighting, audio staging and scenic.
  • Strong skills in production management, including resource allocation, staffing, and budget oversight.
  • Competency in project management, with an ability to coordinate timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver events successfully.
  • Experience in product development related to technical event solutions and refining service offerings to meet client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance in the context of live event production.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Production, or Engineering is preferred.
