Our award-winning Norwich-based client is looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product team, working on cutting-edge, data-driven platforms within the energy and infrastructure sector. This role is centred around embedding real user insight into product decisions, helping reduce risk and deliver genuine customer value.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years' commercial experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role
  • Proven experience conducting user research (interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design, problem discovery, and iteration
  • Experience designing complex, data-driven interfaces (dashboards, maps, large datasets)
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and design decisions
