Job Description
Why Chameleon?
Chameleon provides the always-on intelligence that gives our clients the competitive edge to make smarter, safer people decisions. We are a values-driven organization that values expertise, relationships, and accountability, creating an environment where you can grow and succeed while making a real impact.
About Us:
At Chameleon, we’re redefining how talent decisions are made. We provide always-on access to market intelligence that empowers CHROs and Talent Leaders to make faster, smarter people decisions that drive growth, transformation, and change. With insights from operational data and industry trends, we help clients navigate complex hiring challenges, strengthen credibility, and align people strategies with their commercial objectives.
As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking to grow our London HQ, bringing on a Client Partner who is ready to take ownership of market development and build meaningful client relationships based on expertise and insight.
Industry Focus:
We partner with businesses that have a tangible operational backbone -whether that’s in manufacturing, logistics, or broader supply chain functions. These organisations face unique challenges in aligning leadership capability with business-critical priorities, particularly in environments where operational efficiency and resilience are central to success. Our work spans the senior leadership spectrum, engaging with CHROs and executives across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial functions to deliver talent solutions that drive long-term value.
We’re seeking a Client Partner who has worked with similar industries and leaders – someone who understands the dynamics of complex, operationally intensive businesses and can engage confidently at board and executive level. Your background should reflect both sector insight and the ability to translate that into trusted advisory relationships.
Geographical Focus:
Chameleon operates with a truly international reach. We have successfully delivered senior search mandates in more than 45 countries, with a strong focus on supporting clients across Europe. This role will require the ability to work seamlessly across different markets, cultures, and business environments, with regular travel throughout Europe as part of building trusted client partnerships.
While additional European language skills would be a distinct advantage, they are not a requirement, what matters most is cultural adaptability and the confidence to engage senior leaders in diverse settings.
Role Overview:
As a Client Partner, you will become a trusted consultant, guiding clients with strategic, data-driven insights that help them solve their most pressing talent challenges. You will leverage our unique intelligence to build long-term partnerships and become the go-to expert in your industry. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for consulting, business development, and driving results, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of recruitment while expanding our presence across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies that align with clients’ unique talent needs.
- Consultative Selling: Use market data and insights to advise clients on organizational design, leadership assessments, and recruitment strategies that are grounded in real-time, actionable intelligence.
- Strategic Client Partnership: Support CHROs and senior leaders in aligning their people strategies with business goals, offering smart solutions for organizational transformation and growth.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take full responsibility for the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery of results.
- Mentorship and Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and industry insights, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
-
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment/search.
- Proven experience in selling recruitment and/or search services.
- Strong understanding of industries with a manufacturing or supply chain footprint.
- Track record of success in client management and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and foster a growth-oriented culture.
